As the Global Head of Exhibition Design for Adjaye Associates in 2022 and 2023, Celia linked architecture with visitor experience goals for the firm's cultural projects. Working closely with David Adjaye between the three offices in New York, London, and Accra, Celia consolidated and grew the firm's museum and exhibition design portfolio across international lines.

At the Princeton Art Museum, for example, Celia led the designs for a series of integrated display cases. These 24 cases, fabricated by Goppion Workshop, seamlessly fold into the visitor experience of the building and the collection, thus establishing critical connections for viewers between space, place, and art.

For the National Archaeological Museum Athens competition, Celia co-led the design team for interior and exterior spaces, including exhibition design and developing an architectural vocabulary connecting historical artifacts to natural light.

For the Portland Museum of Art Campus Unification + Expansion International Design Competition, Celia led the Adjaye Associates exhibition design team with the goal of creating an inclusive space that champions open expression and makes art accessible to all, guided by Indigenous knowledge systems applied with 21st-century technology. The concept presented an approach that acknowledged the vast collection while incorporating elements to improve the circulation of both people and artworks in the galleries.
