The UJA-Federation celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2017. The American Jewish Historical Society, one of the largest archives of historic American Jewish artifacts, mounted an ambitious exhibit to describe the effects of 100 years of national and international philanthropy.
Our studio was challenged to create a visually compelling story from a pile of mostly black and white photographs, letters, and articles. We focused on the results of the good works, rather than the tabulation of each effort and need. Working closely with Louise Fili, a colorful, readable system of graphics emerged.
